Marketing Officer
The Role of a Marketing Officer
You will oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision. You will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic marketing professional and will direct on marketing efforts towards achieving our goals.
Qualifications
- Has a degree in any field with at least 3 years of work experience.
- Had previous work in marketing for real estate, architecture, design or construction industries preferred
- Is solution-oriented with ability to build relationships across a cross-disciplinary team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience
- Has demonstrated a grasp of Real Estate Development and Property Management
- Is flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed
- Is proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Has strong communication capabilities, written and verbal, for executive-level discussion and influence, comfort, and confidence in interfacing with and presenting to staff and executives.
What You’ll Do on a Daily Basis
- Collaborates with cross – functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage brand positioning and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyze data and make data driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and foster innovations to drive the organizations competitive advantage in the market.
- Listening to the trends of the market and directing the market research effort of the company.
- Liaising with other departments to guide a unified approach.
- Controlling all marketing officers executive across all branches.
- Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the organization goals.
- Oversee market research, analyses consumer trends and identify target audiences.
